Sally Abe

The Harwood Arms

Sally moved to London at the age of 20, spending time at the Savoy, and then with Gordon Ramsay, before moving to work with Brett Graham at the Ledbury, 2* Michelin, where she spent the next five years. Sally was then part of the opening team of Phil Howards, Elystan street in 2017, before Brett invited her to head up the kitchen at the Harwood Arms, Fulham,  which remains to this day London’s only Michelin-starred pub.

Sally appeared on the 2020 series of Great British Menu

Tom Aikens


Tom Aikens is chef-owner of Michelin-starred Muse, in Chelsea. Tom is a well respected chef in the UK and holds a record for being the youngest UK chef, to recieve two Michelin stars at the age of 26.

Tom was most recently seen on the Great British Menu, Lockdown Christmas-special, 2020

A Wong

Chef owner of the two Michelin-starred A Wong in Victoria. Andrew is also a research associate at SOAS university of London, one of the world leading institutes for Chinese culture

Lee Westcott

Ex Pensons & Typing Room

Lee earned a Michelin star at Pensons, Herefordshire in 2020 before moving back to London.

Prior to Pensons, he was in charge of the Typing Room, Bethnal Green, which earned him 4 aa rosettes. Lee is considered a protégé of both Tom Aikens and Jason Atherton and has also featured on the Great British Menu
