Gareth Ward

Gareth Ward is Chef Patron of Ynyshir, in Wales. Ynyshir has 1 Michelin star and 5 AA rosettes.

Gareth's philosophy about his food is that it's "Fun-dining, not Fine-dining". Gareth has been a regular on "James Martin's Saturday Morning" and was a guest chef on Masterchef the Professionals in 2019, giving the contestants a masterclass on his food at Ynyshir.

We think Gareth is the most exciting chef in the UK and are super excited to be working with him.
